Passive Crossover shelving...?

Hi

If a tweeter has say a high sensitivity - say 95dB and the target is 88dB but the tweeter naturally drops off past 15KHz down to 88dB anyway, I understand that to high-pass the tweeter but leave everything above 15KHz as it is is called a shelving filter.

There's a ton of stuff on the internet about shelving filters but I can't find how this actually looks in something like XSim or Vituix

As it happens, a roll-off after 15KHz is probably desired...
