So, out of respect for those that make speaker design part of their hustle, I will not share the dimensions or cut list for this speaker design. (Also, I noticed how few put up their full designs, lengths, cut lists, etc. other than those which do it for a hustle, so I might start doing a bit of design myself for a side hustle, considering that). I will mention the speakers selected and show my sketchup, though.

This uses the following drivers:

1) The Dayton Audio RS180P-8 7" reference paper woofer

2) The Peerless by Tymphany BC25SC08-04 1" Silk Dome Neodymium Tweeter with Waveguide 4 Ohm https://www.parts-express.com/pedocs/specs/264-1390--tymphany-bc25sc08-04-spec-sheet.pdf

3) The Dayton Audio ND20FB4 RearMount 3/4" Neodymium Dome Tweeter 4 Ohm https://www.daytonaudio.com/images/resources/275-035-dayton-audio-nd20fb-4-specifications-46117.pdf

(yes, it needs a high pass filter to prevent cone excursion)

(Showing the high and lowpass filters for the 7", although I may lower the lowpass frequency slightly).

Edit: I'll have to reselect the mid-tweeter with a different Fs. So changes coming.
