So I recently built the DINA boom box for my father as a gift and frankly had a really hard time giving it away because it sounded so good. Needless to say I am now going to build another for my self but I prefer the sound a bit brighter so I was wondering since the DINA uses the same speakers as the DINA boombox would I be able to add say Dayton Audio ND16FA-6 5/8" Soft Dome Neodymium Tweeter to the system with the same .68 capacitor or would I have to come up with another crossover solution on this build?

You could if you designed a crossover for it.  The better thing to do would be to add the TN28 to it in about the same spot as the Dinas. The crossover is already designed for this, making it the ideal choice. I didn't add them to the boom box, for fear of them breaking off.
