Unsure of what amp to use to power the new Dayton Audio PSS555-8 Pro Audio 21” Sub
I’m a bit of a newbie to speaker building and am unsure of what amp to use to power this beast. I would plan on using it for home audio purposes. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
Are you planning on going sealed or ported? That will help out with recommendations
One amp that is always good is the NX3000. You will need to put a limiter on it (built-in to the amp). YOu could go for the version with DSP or if you have an iDevice, the DSP-LF is another good way to go. That does auto room calibration. Which makes the dsp portion easier. However, with these amplifiers you will need to convert RCA to speakon
