Do you happen to have build plans available for a horizontal layout for the Audience 212 to use as a center?

Actually, this would be awesome.
I haven’t made the investment in a projector and acoustically transparent screen yet so that would be a better fit as LCR along with 212 towers than Soundstage 15’s as I am currently planning for.
But while we’re dreaming, design 215’s and a center using the drivers from the Soundstage 15’s.

I don’t. But what some people have done is just made a smaller sealed version of it.
