        hello,

        i would like to build these speakers for my mancave.

        Now i was wondering what a suitable amplifier would be for these speakers. the drivers are 200W each (+ the tweeter), does that make a combined 400W?

        i was thinking about the Unifi PowerAmp (260W Continuous power @ 4 Ohm per channel), would this be suitable? Or better one with a higher power?

          250Wrms is plenty of power to drive these speakers. These speakers do take a decent amount of power to get loud because of the drivers efficiency but 80-100 watts will have the passive radiators maxing out on more bass heavy songs.

              when i built mine to test for a couple days they ran fine with my hypex ucd 180w amp running of zen dac2
