    Hello from Colorado.

I have been building speakers mostly DIY since 1969. The “art” has changed a lot over the years especially since Thiele/Small modeling in 1973 was published.

One HT sub-woofer I made in the last couple of years involves a Stereo Integrity HS-24 in a 14cuft box. Flat in room response to at least 10 Hz.

I have built also electronics from parts but now mostly focus on loudspeakers

@colofan – how’s it going. Pueblo here. So same state.

14 cu ft is a large box! How’s your week been?

Doing good. In process of building a pair of SI SQL-15 4.5 cuft for room mode management.

The 24 eventually is going into the wall under the stairs……It is always something 🙂

“…Flat in room response to at least 10 Hz”

Not sure if ‘welcome aboard’ is appropriate given my inclination to salute 😉

Just a bit envious …lol   You’ll find there are a few bass heads hear but few in your league.
