First Build Ever

Hello, I’m new here but have been watching loads of Todd’s videos and learning a lot. I’m going to be starting my first Hi-Fi build ever (hopefully sooner than later), and my plan was to run a 12″, and 10″ and a horn tweeter. That’s what one tower will consist of. My reasoning for the subwoofer size because I have a lot of space to fill for proper SPL for movies and music, and it’s different. I like the extension of the 12 and really enjoy how the 10″ hits, and takes care of the mids really well here are my questions, of I may.
1) I really like my music tight and precise, but also want to get as low as the speaker is capable of getting. Could is run a Passive Radiator on these towers?
2) My research has shown me that typically, a horn tweeter doesn’t require a crossover because of how high the sensitivity is. If that’s the case, which crossover would work best for lows and mids? Keeping in mind that the 12″ is 400rms and the 10″ is 300rms.
3) Will this idea even work!?!? 😅
