Plan: Small speaker, (starting at top of speaker) tweeter, woofer, woofer, then on either side of speaker two passive radiators.

In win ISD i have decided to prioritise reaching down to around 35hz. The excursion limit is reached at only 26W of input power per driver, but is predicted to reach around 97db at this level so am happy with the drivers not reaching their limit power (also hopefully resulting in minimal destortion). I have attatched the predicted winISD response.
My goal is really to have small speakers that pack a big punch!
Have you given the DINAS a looky-loo?
While not quite the same they do use the W5 and PR, but with a full range / wide band driver for everything above the heavy bass.
That, and I think the Voxel uses the W5 as well. That could be a base for your design, too.
I am swamped with no real time to spare for the next few weeks. I will take a look at the drivers when I can get a chance and give you my opinion at that point.
