  I have a home theater room that needs a hidden sub solution.  There is a dead-space under the stairs that i would love to utilize for a subwoofer.  Has anyone ever designed a 4th order bandpass sub that lives behind a wall and ports into the theater room?  The port could even be disguised as an HVAC supply/return!

  I know that bandpass subs don’t get a lot of love because of their not-so-neutral response… but in my room my choice is between a hidden sub or no sub at all!
