Is it possible to have 4, 8-ohm speakers wired into an 8 ohm? Like 2 sets of wires Parallel (4ohms) than wire those sets in series to 8 ohms would this work?

Yes you can absolutely do this

This type of series and parallel system wiring is very common in permanant installed voice address PA systems like you find in sports stadiums etc.

I am finding it Hard to lock down a choice with my next of speakers I want. Today I feel like a next a simple project.

If I was to pick 3 Goals.

              1st Tower Speaker.

              2nd Must be 8 Ohms.

3rd works great in 11×11.5 listening room. walls are insulated. it’s my man cave. Pc, 42 inch tv/montior. a window on one wall HT/AVR Sony STA-DA0400ES Rack system Infinity SM-115, Sub, Rear,s and center Channel. An HTA-200 tube Amp for Vinyl

Like to match the Woofer in my Jeff Bagby Tango’s I built Late last year. I really like the Sound with my Turntable,

I love the Looks of the Torii S4, But it’s 1100 bucks. So far not wife arroved.

So, I was thinking Simple and Lower cost choice

The Amiga woofer matches the Tango But it not exactly the right Look I would like more woofers. Could I add a 2nd woofer the DIY kit? Could I do 2-4ohm woofer instead of 1- 8ohm. I am a carpenter retired 🙂 So making the cabinets no trouble.

But added to the CNC’ed flat seam simpler.

I am just brainstorming and looking for Idea’s/options and TOIDs You tube vids are great, so I join forums for some Insite.

Oh another Question, The Amiga’s are 84db would a 2nd woofer rise that value?

              Thx

              Steven.
