My first speaker
A while ago I decided to build my own bluetooth/wifi speakers. Therefore I bought 2 drivers and 2 passive radiators.
* Tang Band (https://loudspeakerdatabase.com/TangBand/W8-2314)
* Purifi Audio PTT8.0PR-NA2-01 (https://ptt.purifi-audio.com/shop/ptt8-0pr-na2-01-ptt8-0pr-na2-01-1746?attrib=442-8512&attrib=346-8074#attr=7014,7013,7015,7016,7024,7017,7018,7019,7020,7021,7022,7023,7025,7026,7027,7028,7029,7030,7031)
Using 2 Arylic Plate Amp 2.1, I want to build 2 separate wireless speakers. Note that I have done measurements on the two drivers with my DATS v3 (see below). I guess the next step is to build a test box, and I also guess that I should use my measurements to determine the size of the test box, but how would I go about this?
Having read an article on enclosure design (https://audiojudgement.com/passive-radiator-speaker-design/) I’m left confused since some assumptions are made in this article, which might not be true for my project (like beta = alpha, Qts is between 0.2, and 0.35, etc.) As mentioned, I’m not sure if I can make all these assumptions, but the main question would be: how do I make a good test box?
