  Something’s not right

  I tried printing a thing for my friend ( a case for some BBQ device) and the print head won’t come down to the bed before printing.  I tried printing the lid for the case and the filament doesn’t seem to want to stick to the bed.  The print head kind of drags it around.  I adjusted the printer setting to the recommended heat that was on the filament spool (70C on the bed and 240C on the nozzle).  Any suggestions?
