Speakers in my Desk

Hi, I am planning to build a desk with speakers but I have 0 experience in speaker building.

My initial intent is to just buy those DIY kits and fix them. However, I found out that the enclosure are just too big (bulky). Hence, I am trying to find a way to put them inside my desk enclosure which currently about 80 x 35 x 0.8 cm. I also intent to place the drivers facing estimated 45 degrees to the floor and hoping the soundwaves will bounce back to where I am sitting.

Please let me know if this idea is possible.

        Thanks.

          Hi.

I’m not quite sure exactly what your vision is, or how you see the speakers mounted. I do see that the kit is close to the depth of the desk enclosure and would also take up a fair amount of real estate. Also, you say desk enclosure. Is this a fold out desk? Maybe a link to the desk and a rough sketch of your idea will help steer us along your question.
