Hi guys, hope you can help me.
Either adapt the veprug cutting drill to CNC or install a D.20 5mm pitch ball screw, Nema34 stepper motor (https://www.oyostepper.com/category-9-b0-Nema-34-Stepper-Motor.html)with DM860 drive and LOLLETTE SCM5NN controller, screw-motor transmission with toothed pulley 1:1 ratio to avoid vibrations.
Well, if I have a perfect calibration for 100mm displacement, if I move the axis 200mm or 230mm the measurements are off by 1mm or more, and I’m going crazy.
or tried various microstep driver settings 400 – 800 -1200-1600 -1000-2000-4000-5000… nothing I couldn’t figure out
or tried to select the measurement as suggested by the formula: actual measurement * steps using
this formula finds the steps of the measurement adjustment if or perfect calibration on 50mm assuming if I move to 100mm or 140mm I will get 0.2 or 0.8 high
if anyone can give me some pointers
thanks
