Steve, sorry to hear that @ajc9988 I believe has a Prusa. He may be able to help. THat is weird that you can’t get the first layer to stick. TYpically that is just a distance or heat issue. But I know you have already check those. I had a 3d printer that was similar, in that it would give me one good print followed by about 10 that made me lose my hair. Eventually I got the Ender 5 and things were better. But they really got much better when I got the Fokoos Odin 5. Not to say it is perfect, but out of all the printers I’ve had it is the one that just works. Which there is something to that. In fact, I am printing an Arylic case as we speak. But this is for the Mini V3.
