@stevem Do you have any other PLA to try? Maybe it is not liking the material? The most likely causes are the nozzle is too far away from the bed or the temperature is too hot. You could try lowering your extruder temperature or lowering your nozzle a little closer to the bed. Maybe it is printing that particular PLA too hot. Maybe try 190 instead of 200. Or even try slowing down the speed. Here is a good article on some things to try. I would start with either the temperature or the lowering the nozzle. I think I would start off by lowering the nozzle.
