It seems like it’s all the general solidworks modelling tools (including sculpting too which looks interesting), and since their original announcement, it seems they’ve added on a CAM utility, probably limited in some respects but one good thing with solidworks CAM is it can self optimise CNC mill paths. I haven’t used this version yet since I already get it all with my student edition, but I’d love to here how it goes if you try it out yourself!
