The design looks really well braced which is great. One thing I recommend is adding a fillet/radius to all edges of the port, the largest you can manage really. It massively decreases port distortion.
Edit: well, a fillet up to 55mm, there’s been research showing that a typical fillet with a radius larger than that actually starts distort as much as no radius at high port velocities ( it’s all about boundary layer separation, a fluid dynamics/engineering thing).
