No, my words have been misunderstood. The processors can obviously be set at multiple sample rates and regarding the same 21489 are marketed some devices with a factory set value of 48K. I just wanted to say that for the common end-user of this kind of product, usually not a computer or sound engineer but a simple enthusiastic hobbyist, it is a titanic job to modify these settings alone as there is to learn (assuming they are available) too much and too specialized information.
