I am going to look more into this tomorrow. But so far, it seems you are on the right track. Having said that, if I may ask, Would you be willing to use a different Peerless tweeter in the same price range? If so, I would highly recommend this Peerless tweeter. It is maybe a dollar cheaper, but in my opinion is one of the best tweeters to use for a two way design like this. It’s one I highly recommend when someone is doing a project like this.
As far as the differences, we would really need to see your crossover values on PCD to make sure they are input correctly. Having said that, you should only need a second order crossover on the tweeter along with some attenuation. I would get rid of all the other components on the tweeter.
As far as the rest of it, I do think your woofer inductor is too low. It doesn’t appear you have taken into account the baffle step. That is something you won’t see on the manufacturers graph due to it being on an “infinite baffle”, Here is a good video by Impulse Audio that talks more about it.
