Thank you both.  I appreciate it.  I was really sick with the flu, so I just now got to look into it.  I had a backup program, that for some reason was interfering with the cart and coincidentally my http://FTP.  Go figure.  Anyway, I got squared away today and it is all running.  THank you guys for letting me know.
