Okay. If you put just a little power to them and they don’t rub or buzz, then you can get a refoam kit. I know it says 5.5″, but measure across the center of the cone, approximately where the tops of the roll would be (1/2 way through the openings) to make sure of the size. Then do a search for them – Ebay has them aplenty.

If you want to go further and try your hand at redesigning, some basic measurements will be needed. We can get into that if you wish.
