To put it simply, the Cinema 10 speaker is a simple 14″ x 20″ x 8″ box. What amazes me is how many tools one needs to build that box properly. The trickiest part in my humble opinion was to cut out the horn tweeter part as it has round corners. I will cover it later with more details.
If you like to work with wood and have some woodworking tools, you are in luck. Otherwise, be prepared to purchase lots of tools 🙂 Building the Cinema 10s is a lot of fun and rewarding. I listened to a lot of music on them before moving them to my HT and they sounded so good. I used Amazon Music app to stream lossless music files to Cinema 10s. I was blown away at the clarity; my moment of being proud that I built these 🙂
