    Looks much better.  You could be right to invert the polarity of the tweeter.  Two main issues I see now are the tweeter level is too high.  It should be closer to 93db.  THe other is your crossover is still out of phase.  If you notice where the crossover (red and yellow line in relation to the blue line above) there should be a 6db difference.  Right now it looks to be closer to two.  When that is out of phase, you will have issues when you go left to right. Another maybe minor issue is your impedance does drop to 6ohm, but that should be okay in that area for an 8ohm speaker.  BUt it is something to keep in mind.

    I did a quick mock up with your files.  This is what I am seeing.  It is pretty similar to yours.  The main differences, is instead of using a BSC, I included it into the first order of the crossover. The second major difference, is I put the L-pad after the tweeter to help shape the response.  I would try these values and change them, so you can start to see what does what.  Maybe this will help you come up with an even better one that I threw together.
