Using Circle Jig / Router combo

My Circle Jig:

I like using this jig. I also like the fact that this jig allows me to make circles as small as around 2″ diameter to as big as 50″ plus. Using this jig is a little more involved but straightforward.

I had to use circle jig 7 times for a single baffle:

• 4 round corners for the horn tweeter
• 1 circle for the 10″ driver
• 2 circles for the 2.5″ ports
