        Completed Build

        I put the crossover external to the speaker chamber. Just couldn’t get the iron core inductor far enough away from the woofer since I modified the enclosure.

          Templates were key. Built the plans enclosure then filled with sand to measure the volume and correct the volume of the modified enclosure. Made the wood veneer from some applewood from our yard. Put the crossover external to the speaker. I can access it if I ever wanted to make a modification or repair by removing the rear panel.
